Coryne has a Masters Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. She has a passion for improving performance and a love of psychology.
She has been a Mental Performance Trainer for almost 8 years helping people enhance their performances in all aspects of life. She teaches individuals and groups mental skills that help improve performance in their daily pursuits. These skills also help individuals overcome mental barriers they are experiencing in their performance such as burnout, negative self-talk, low self-confidence, poor concentration, fear of re-injury, overthinking, failing under pressure, emotional barriers, and more. She has had the opportunity to improve the performance of many individuals and groups in areas such as athletics, business, acting, career advancement, interviewing, and artistic blocks. She is happily married, a new mother to her son, and the founder of Mindlete — a business helping people enhance their performances in all aspects of life.
